Last day to vote Jan 19. Delicious food was always on the mind of our founder, Munish Narula. He took a few detours after an initial career in hospitality; what brought him back was knowing the people of his adopted city wanted fresh, delicious Indian food. That's when tiffin was born.

It started as a web only, delivery only concept, modeled after the famous delivery service of Mumbai, India and, almost overnight, developed into one of the first multi-platform restaurants in the country, offering full service dine-in, carryout, and delivery, all from the same location: 710 W. Girard Ave.

In 18 years, tiffin has grown to 11 locations, still with free delivery and award winning food and still the only restaurant in the greater Philadelphia area to offer reusable takeout containers.
