National Cheesesteak Day - La Maude Style
We’re not calling this a Philly cheesesteak. But the Le Fou? It’s our take — shaved filet steak, Havarti, Gouda, sautéed onions, tomatoes, avocado, an over-easy egg, and French aioli on a brioche roll. Served with crispy fried potatoes.
Le Fou means “the mad one” in French — fitting, because this sandwich goes a little over the top in all the best ways.
